everytime i type in the command on command prompt i get “ERROR: you did not specify a virtual device name, and the system directory could not be found.” What do i do? Please help

The path u change under enviroment variables is called “Path”.Once you dbl click on path, you add the path to tools dir, AT THE END of the Path ALREADY in Path..that part is explained here
