will there be a 4g iphone comming out for at&t?

i have a phone but i like the iphone alot and my contract still has like a year, so i was wondering when or if the iphone 4g is coming out. i think there is going to be a new iphone coming out because that just what happens with apple, but dose anyone know when it is coming out if it is? thanks for the help and no rush b/c i have a while b4 i need to know the answer.

Apple released the first iPhone last year ago in June. Then it released the new 3G iPhone this year in June. The do similar things with their laptops, iPods and computers – a new release once a year or so, usually around the same time of the year.
I think it’s obvious that they are working on a new version of the iPhone – among other things there will likely be a 32GB version – and it’s probably a safe guess that it will be released around June of next year.
There are no rumors that there’s a new iPhone planned in the next few months.
4G is a cell phone technology available only in Japan, Iphone 3G actually means it is capale of the 3G technology that AT&T provides. Verizon has plan to roll out their 4G Towers in 2010, that probably means AT&T will do the same thing. If you are asking if Apple will release a 3rd Iphone next year then the answer would be probably, they are pretty good at releasing new products. But it wont be 4G
