30 April is the advertised release date

Apple had to bump the date back again. It’s going to be released sometime between May 3rd and May 7th (they still haven’t given us a specific day, but they announced that window as the shipping/in-store timeframe). Since the WiFi version is released Internationally on May 7th, that’s the lastest that the 3G will be released in the US.
Some of the first pre-orders will arrive on April 30th, but most will be the first week of May.
If You Pre-Ordered the ipad 3G You WILL recieve it on the 30th (Next Friday) , The stores will begin selling it at 5PM on the 30th. The confusion has come the apple store showing the May 7th date which only applies to New purchases NOT Those that Pre-Ordered. My account has already been Charged Just Like it was the week before recieving the iPad WiFi on april 3rd.
