You need to go into the store and tell one of the employees that you are looking to purchase an iPhone. He or she will ask you which one (black or white, 8GB or 16GB) and then go into the back and get it. Some stores have them behind a table where employees can just grab one or in a locked case. The employee will then ring it up and start the process with you. You will need id and a credit card in your name. You will then pick your plan and extras. After you pay, they may require you to plug it into a computer there or you can take it home and set it up.
