where to buy Htc Touch hd online?

Hi,
I am looking for a safe online store to buy a Htc touch hd unlocked. I tried ebay, but there it costs about 1200$.
Whereas I have seen it for 400$ in some other sites. http://www.wikio.com/product/htc-touch-hd-149728.html
As of now i am completely confused as to what I should do as i am not sure if these sites are scams.
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please let me know.

Dont trust that $400.. they always say they sell it so cheap b/c its the wholesale price in fact its a load of bull****.
If u live in USA try this http://www.welectronics.com/ they only ship inside USA.
