hi i ned to downgrade would you be able to send a message on how to do this?

I’ve been trying to downgrade to .5 but every time i go through the whole installation process my bootloader times out and my phone freezes with an htc logo on the screen. I’ve tried a few different downloads and i get the same results, is there something I’m not doing or doing wrong? Your help AA would be very appreciated

i have .6 how do i downgrade to .5?

oh yea thanks man by any chance do you know how to down grade to .5?

@heartless1792 should be the same way just click on the start menu and type cmd then the command prompt should come up. Only difference is the UI operation still the same.

AA I do have .6, where can I go to downgrade back to .5. I’ve been working on this all day. You instruction are seemless though. Thanks, any info you have would be appreciated.

@tmitchell35 go check out your phone build system its where you check your firmware if your build system is .6 it won’t work . you have to downgrade to .5

How long does it take for the su to finish, it says 30 secs., but i’ve been waiting @ least 30 mins. Is there something I’m missing? Thanks

@melbshuflers its doing that because you have to have the .5 build I’m betting you have the .6 build heres how you check go to settings>about phone>software info then check to see if you have build system .5 or .6. If .6 you have to downgrade to .5

hey man hows it going well i got a new hero and i went to the sprint store and updated it to the 2.1 and i did everything right but when the unrevoked package opens it doesnt say ready to su and the little ninja icon with the super user does not pop up why is that? if you dont know its ok.
