Got this for my wife’s HTC Hero and she loves it–very convenient and well-designed.

Excellent fit for the Hero. I quickly found the case is durable since I dropped my phone the next morning I put the case on.
My only criticism is that I wish the opening around the headphone jack was a little bigger. My aux cable does not sit properly in the jack with the case on the phone, granted it is a thick shielding around the end of the cable. Most cables fit just fine with the cover on the phone.

The case fits the HTC Hero perfectly, with all the holes, speakers and buttons completely accessible. The finish is like a rubbery satin, a decent quality–certainly not cheaply made. This case would easily cost $15+ at a mall kiosk. It is two pieces, a very thin top frame that clicks into the bottom plate; the seam is fairly well mated, but some white from the inside in some places shows through. It does not include any sort of protective screen–rather, it has a higher ridge on the top that deflects some potential scratches and knicks from the screen. (The higher ridge can make the bottom two buttons ‘Home’ and ‘Back’ a little more difficult to press if you have meaty fingers). Overall, I highly recommend this for your HTC Hero–it is certainly a great value.

This product is excellent for anyone who has a HTC hero. The product is durable and the color red is actually a ruby red which is an excellent color. This product was also delivered to me in a timely fashion.
