Purchase amazon total 8.99 for the hardware, snaps tight, nice texture rubber type feel, does what it suppose to do, i don’t expect it to stop a bullet or to keep my dog from chewing it, but it will shield from minor scratches.

Great case, locks on the phone very tightly. The case is very solid, I have yet to drop my phone since I got it, but I don’t plan on dropping it anytime soon. Not much else to say about it, does what it supposed to do.

It has a smooth feel with the hard case…..Its a decent case my phone has fell twice this week and the case didnt break or open up… jus a minor scratch on the 2nd fall its a great buy for the price i think i might jus buy another

I’ve had this case for a few weeks…

Pros

——–

1) sleek look and nice material – so nice that I had one person ask me if I was going to get a case for my new phone – had to tell them the case was already on it!

2) All the buttons, lights, ports etc are readily accessible/visible

3) Cheap as dirt

4) Tight fit, and the case doesn’t come off easily

5) Isn’t bulky – I still easily slip it in/out of my pants pocket.

6) The front side comes up off the phone enough that it really helps protect the screen against scratching

Cons

1) The case is maybe excessively hard to get off… if you need to get the memory card out of your HTC Hero you better have some keys or something else available to pry the case off. It’s difficult! I worry that if I do it too many times the case won’t continue to latch tight enough.

2) The case has a notch that makes it easier to get the case off… the notch isn’t particularly attractive looking (though doesn’t ruin the overall look)

I highly recommend this case. For the price and value I’d re-buy this case every 6 months if I had to, but I think it’ll last pretty well.

Installed this 3 weeks ago and I’ve not had any problems, no scratches etc. It appears to work well.
