This is of no fault with Amazon. I might have gotten a crappy case but the case doesn’t line up AT ALL!
It feels nice but the stupid thing doesn’t line up, See attached picture for the side shot you can see the gap. The lower piece sticks out further than the top piece… almost like they removed it from the mold while it was hot and it warped… Because of that the thing doesn’t close tightly at all on the phone as some poster stated… I wish my was that hard to remove. I can hold the phone in my hand and the case already wants to fall apart because it’s not snapping shut.
I’ve emailed the company so I will update if anything happens…
As of right now though I’m not happy.

This case looks and feels good and is very easy to put on the phone, but to take it off is another issue. Most of the time you will not need to ever take off the case, but we needed to get the memory card out and it took me and my wife about 10 minutes to get the case off at the same time trying not to scratch it while we open it. (small scratch) Now that we got the card out and back in, we put it back on and hopefully will not have to open it again.

Phone case works very well with my HTC Hero phone. I am very happy with the product.

I’ve previously used a cover made of rubber and it would slip off the phone every time I took it out of the pocket. This cover looks very, very nice, fits very well, and I feel the phone is well protected.
Drawbacks:
1) No instructions on proper installation of the belt clip.
2) As already been stated in this thread, removal is without damaging the cover is difficult, if at all possible.
