Comparing the HTC P4350 (herald) and the T-mobile Wing??

now im pretty sure the T-mobile wing came out after the HTC P4350 but what is the difference between the two?? so far from what i can tell they just look a little different from each other but when it comes to functionality there basically the same. does anybody have more details on this???
can anybody else help me out with this???

T-mobile wing is a little bit slimmer and improved software….by the way, T-Mobile Wing is also from HTC.
I am really pleased with my T-Mobile Wing … not just because it is an awesome mobile, but because I got it free from http://bqa.net/ez/bvysdqfqsqsy . I entered my zip code and followed the simple instructions on how to qualify. Very quick & easy and worth the effort.
I see that the HTC P4350 has Mobile 5.0 whereas the T-Mobile Wing has the Mobile 6.0 version. The only hardware differences is the camera lens position. Also the T-Mobile Wing has a 2.0 Pixel camera where I know the HTC P4350 has a 1.3 MP camera. There’s a lot of updated software on the Wing too…
