@drzchulo175 i had the same problem what you need to do is download active synce onto your computer that way next time when u do plug in ur phone to the computer when you go to my computer you will see a removable disk AND a mobile device file

@drzchulo175 I usually just plug the phone in and find it on my computer then click on memory card I heart had a problem so not really sure how to help sorry man

@jay6lue got to settings then press menu then choose all settings then sounds and notifications then on the bottom of that page choose notifications then you can set a ringtone for anything on your phone

thanks i got dis part but wat about if u wanted to set a ringtone for like msgs i saw u could do it for the htc pro but can u do it for this phone also
