Still no pinch zooming in the photo gallery though?
So google came out with a new update to allow the default browser to support multi touch? Sick…Just another reason I’m thinking of switching to this instead of the iphone…
now that nexus one has multi touch has anyone tried to use the snes emulators to play super mario bros? i wanna SEE
I also used to be a cellphone technician, and nexus one is something great, at least something new to play with! Im still amazed over the proper speech to text feature!
I repair mobile phones for a living, so I get to check out a lot of devices. In my opinion, the Nexus One is at the top of the cool pile! Definitely the best smart phone available today. Beats the iPhone 3GS hands down in all departments. Top specs, beautiful design, excellent UI, seriously innovative software and huge app market ; what more could anyone want? Android is the way forward, no doubt about it!
Great review by the way MobileBurn, I have subscribed to your channel and RSS feed.
@pathfinderuno it’ll be fixed

Why would a nexus one want to have lesser hardware? Besides Multi touch was being played with by bell labs in the 80s It’s just only recently became popularized. A touch screen phone without Multi-touch would not be able to type quickly on the keyboard as any second press would cause the wrong keys to be pressed or missed. It’s just that so many people wanted pinch zooming Google released an update for it, which has existed in places other than the iPhone.
i cant WAIT till i get mine in a few days!
every touchscreen phone wants to be an iPhone….
UUUUUUMMMMM apple hasn’t decided to use bing as it’s search engine. That was just rumors. Nice try though.
What he means is that the iPhone is going to start to use Bing as its default search engine and coincidently Google adds multi-touch to the nexus one. He’s basically saying that Google enabled multi-touch in order to get back at Apple though.
also, multitouch=apple, bing=microsoft
