HTC Will ‘Fully Defend Itself’ Against Apple Patent Lawsuit
HTC responded to Apple’s patent-infringement allegations in a March 17 statement, saying it will “fully defend itself” and that it designed the first color touch screen smartphone in 2002, among other industry firsts.
